ECM Sales Expertise Program - A program designed for IBM ECM sellers, technical sellers, and business partners who represent and sell IBM ECM solutions. The program encompasses specialized curriculum, available in the Learner Portal, to enhance sales and product expertise for key ECM market categories.
Subject Matter Expertise Program (SMEP) – The curriculum includes the drivers that compel an organization to implement an ECM solution and how to approach the project to deploy a successful solution.
On Demand eLabs – Fully developed and self–paced eLearning courses that include class materials, hands-on lab exercises, and access to a fully functional image.
PxTs – Recorded presentations from Development and Product Marketing that target four audiences and aspects of a new release: Product Sales Training (PST), Product Architect Training (PAT), Product Implementation Training (PIT), and Product Maintenance Training (PMT). Collectively they are known as PxTs.
Replays – Recorded field enablement sessions about product roadmaps, functionality, target markets and general sales updates.
