The ECM Learner Portal provides a wealth of learning offerings and information for all sellers interested in learning more about ECM. The content provided here will aid in your sales engagements. The easy-to-use interface enables access to the ECM Sales Expertise Program learning maps, On Demand eLab product training, and other sales enablement offerings.

Upon logging in to the ECM Learner Portal, you will be presented with a curriculum designed specifically for your role. Additionally, you will be able to browse the course catalog, and enroll in any individual online and On Demand eLab learning offerings of interest.

Most courses have an associated exam, which are located on the IBM Certification and Assessment Services (CAS) testing site. When you are ready to take an exam, the Learner Portal will link you directly to the CAS site. Exam credit will be applied to both the ECM Sales Expertise Program and other ECM certifications, as appropriate.
