The ECM Learner Portal offers both in-depth product training and high-level domain knowledge. It also provides access to the Early Education presentations that bring you up to date on new releases or product enhancements. For example:
On Demand eLabs – fully developed and self–paced eLearning courses that include class materials, hands-on lab exercises, and access to a fully functional image.
Early Education – preliminary offerings defined by four types of content delivery. We call them PxTs.
Product Sales Training (PST)
- For all who sell, configure, support, or market our products and require initial product information. Examples: Account Executives, Systems Engineers.
- Provides preliminary sales information for a new product offering, high-level view of the market, competition, and sales engagement, as well as basic understanding of product features and functionality.
Product Architect Training (PAT)
- For all who require architectural knowledge of the product. Examples: Sales System Engineer Specialists, PS Consulting Specialists, CSS Field Technical Consultants.
- Provides technical introduction to the product, to enable audience to explain technical aspects of the product architecture. May include best practices for deployment and product demonstrations.
Product Implementation Training (PIT)
- For all who install, demonstrate, and implement the product.
- Provides in-depth product implementation knowledge with hands-on labs. Includes installation, administration, configuration (use case simulation, scalability, and performance tuning), customization/APIs, and best practices.
Product Maintenance Training (PMT)
- For all who install, maintain, and support the product.
Provides in-depth maintenance knowledge with hands-on labs. Includes advanced installation (multi-faceted installation techniques, complex configurations, configuration best practices), advanced administration, and troubleshooting (logging, analysis, and knowledge sources).
